Insurance

Georgia Eye Institute accepts most insurance plans and files your claim as a courtesy. Each patient is responsible for payment if the deductible has not been met or if the insurance company denies the claim. Please bring a current copy of your insurance card. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit. The amount is usually on your card or in your insurance documents. Self-pay patients should be prepared to pay $200 but the charges may be less.

The Savannah office of the Georgia Eye Institute facility is located on the campus of Memorial University Medical Center. In addition, several satellite offices are conveniently located throughout the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry to better serve patients.
